Due to the digital nature of the items sold by codzom we can not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased has a defect. If you receive a defective item, please contact us through the contact form on our website with the details of the order and an explanation of the problem.

codzom is not responsible in case that through the buyer a third person has access to your purchase, whether produced by fraud, assignment, theft or any other form of access to it. For this purpose the buyer user automatically waives his right to a refund of the amount as soon as the code has been redeemed.

Once a refund of money has been made, any delay will be beyond the responsibility of codzom.

Please note for Return Policy:
If customer cancelled the order, we will pay for all the payments we have received from them,Within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the notice of cancellation has been received by us. For such repayment, we try to use the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless the payment service does not offer a direct way of refunding a payment in which case we will contact the customer to get information how we may refund the payment in other ways; in no case customers will be charged for these repayment fees.
